Absolute Scuba Bali is proud to be a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort — the highest level of PADI recognition, reflecting our commitment to excellence in diving education, safety, and customer experience.

Bali's underwater world offers everything a diver could dream of. At our local house reefs in Padangbai, you'll find colourful coral bommies teeming with tropical reef fish, stunning wall dives, excellent muck diving, and regular sightings of sea turtles and reef sharks. Visibility is generally good and currents are gentle, making Padangbai an ideal base for divers of all levels.

From here, Absolute Scuba Bali provides easy access to some of Bali's most celebrated dive sites — from the famous USAT Liberty wreck at Tulamben to the majestic Manta Rays of Nusa Penida.

Your safety is our absolute priority. Absolute Scuba Bali operates as a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort and adheres strictly to PADI's internationally recognised safety standards on every dive.

Our qualified instructors and divemasters conduct thorough pre-dive briefings, maintain all equipment to a rigorous service schedule, and keep group sizes small — a maximum of 4 divers per guide — to ensure every diver receives individual attention.

Whether you are a first-time Try Diver or an experienced technical diver, you can explore Bali's waters knowing you are in safe, professional hands.

We use Cressi and Aqualung regulators and BCDs, paired with Suunto Zoop Novo dive computers. All equipment is maintained to a high standard and available for rental. Full set with dive computer: IDR 200,000 per day. Full set without computer: IDR 175,000 per day.

Never dived before? Our Try Dive experience is the perfect introduction to the underwater world — no experience, no certification required. Conducted safely in our on-site pool, you'll receive a full briefing covering basic scuba theory, equipment handling, and fundamental skills before taking your first breaths underwater under the direct supervision of a PADI instructor.

You'll learn how to breathe with scuba equipment, equalise pressure, control buoyancy, and communicate underwater — all in a calm, controlled environment. Try Dives are ideal for families, first-timers, and curious travellers. Minimum age applies. All equipment provided.

As the sun sets over Padangbai, the reef transforms into an entirely different world. Night diving reveals creatures that only emerge after dark — bioluminescent plankton, sleeping parrotfish, hunting octopus, lobsters, and a host of nocturnal critters invisible during daylight hours.

Our experienced dive guides lead small groups with torches provided, ensuring safety while maximising sightings. Dive briefings cover torch signals, buddy communication, and night-specific safety procedures. Available to certified Open Water divers and above. All torches and equipment supplied.
