The Buddha Bar and Restaurant at Absolute Scuba is the domain of our German Chef Frieder. There are those who say he displays many of the eccentricities for which his calling is famous, but no one denies that he is a superbly talented cook and restaurateur, serving some of the finest food on Bali’s East Coast. He prides himself on using the best and freshest of local ingredients, fruit and vegetables from the cool gardens and orchards of the nearby hills and of course a daily harvest of treasures from the sea.
